[Education/Certification]

My journey into kinesiology began in high school when I worked as a receptionist at a physiotherapy clinic. Observing the physiotherapists and kinesiologists daily, I quickly realized that this was the career path I wanted to pursue. I fell in love with fitness and health, knowing I wanted to help others and be part of the healthcare field—making kinesiology the perfect fit for me.

Over the past year, I have enjoyed my time at Absolute Performance Centre, designing strength and conditioning programs for a diverse range of clients—from weekend warriors to high-level athletes I earned my Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Alberta, majoring in adapted physical activity. My passion for health and sports runs deep—I grew up playing various sports, with a particular love for volleyball, and have been in the gym since I was 13. My background includes yoga, CrossFit, powerlifting, resistance training, and endurance training.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me in the gym, at a sports game, exploring a café or brewery, traveling the world, or camping.
